How do I get started?

Create an account and choose a plan, then write a prompt describing what you'd like to see — the subject, mood, and style. Generate, pick your favorite result, and download it in full resolution.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change plans anytime from your account settings, or email us at contact@generateaiimages.com and we'll switch it for you. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes — on Pro and higher plans, the images you generate come with a commercial license, so you can use them in your marketing, products, and client work. See our Terms of Service for specifics.

Why is my image taking a long time to generate?

During busy periods, generation can take a little longer. Higher plans get priority processing. If a generation seems stuck, refresh the page and try again — and if it keeps happening, email us so we can look into it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled securely through our payment provider. If you have a question about a specific payment method, just get in touch and we'll help.

I can't log in or I forgot my password.

Use the password reset option on the login page to set a new password. If you still can't get in, email us at contact@generateaiimages.com and we'll help restore access to your account.

How do I request a refund?

Email contact@generateaiimages.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Please check the eligibility window in our Refund Policy first.
