Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Generate AI Images ("we", "us", or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@generateaiimages.com [or from your account settings, if available]. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period;
- You will not be charged for the next cycle;
- You keep access to paid features until the period ends.
3. Refunds
- If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within [7 / 14] days of your initial purchase.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be reduced or declined where the Service has been used substantially (for example, where a significant portion of your image allowance has been generated).
- Renewal payments (charges after your first billing cycle) are generally non-refundable, but contact us if you believe there has been an error or exceptional circumstance.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Image generations that have already been produced or downloaded;
- Subscription periods that have already been used;
- Add-ons or one-time purchases that have been consumed.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@generateaiimages.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional details in order to process it.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
